Prior to filling out and submitting your award application you must order and pay for your award from our AQM OnLine Store. The following is an example of how to order, pay, and locate your PayPal ID Transaction Number in your PayPal receipt to place in your awards application. |

Step 1.
Ordering your award. If more then one is required enter correct amount or order in sets (items 17 - 20) enter quantity. Shipping on awards is included in price. (see example)

Step 2. Verify your order i.e., quantity and price. After verifying your order click on "Secure Checkout".

Step 3. Enter your PayPal password and click "Continue".
Step 4. Verify your order total (shipping for awards is included in price of award), shipping information, and enter a message to seller (Association of Quartermasters) is optional, and click "Pay"
Step 5. Payment receipt for your order. You will also receive a receipt for this transaction (order) in your email. Login to your email account.
Step 6. You will receive an email receipt for your transaction (order). Circled in red is where your PayPal Transaction number is located. Place this number in your award application under PayPal Transaction ID Number. This is required to verify your purchase of the award by the Association of Quartermasters prior to submitting the awards application. You may also forward this email to director@associationofquartermasters.com for proof of purchase.
